Dr. Fitzgerald L. Fabelico was awarded a Plaque of Recognition for having completed a degree in Doctor of Philosophy in Science Education major in Chemistry under the Department of Science and Technology – Science Education Institute (DOST – SEI) “Accelerated S & T Human Resource Development Program-Science Education Component”. The award was given last July 16, 2009 at Dusit Thai Hotel, Makati City.
