After years of jumping through hoops, 443 graduates of Saint Mary’s University (SMU) marched to receive their diplomas during the 94th Commencement Exercises held at the Fr. Cornelius Tonus Gymnasium last July 7, 2023.

Majority of the candidates were from the School of Accountancy and Business with a total of 169 graduates, while there are 100 graduates from the School of Teacher Education and Humanities, 79 from the School of Health and Natural Sciences, 62 from the School of Engineering Architecture and Information Technology, 22 from the School of Graduate Studies and 11 from the College of Law.

There were 203 Academic Excellence Awardees with two magna cum laudes, 94 cum laudes, and 107 academic distinctions.

Special Award for Board Topnotchers was also given to Arantxa Loise Lu-ong for gaining tenth spot in the March 2023 Licensure Examination for Teachers.
