Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya — Saint Mary’s University (SMU) proudly announces its designation as a Delivering Higher Education Institution (DHEI) under the Commission on Higher Education’s Scholarships for Staff and Instructors’ Knowledge and Advancement Program (SIKAP). This recognition affirms SMU’s commitment to academic excellence and capacity-building for Filipino educators and institutional staff.

The CHED-SIKAP scholarship is a prestigious initiative aimed at empowering teaching and non-teaching personnel from higher education institutions across the Philippines. Through this program, qualified individuals are granted financial assistance, which cover actual tuition and fees, stipend, and research allowance to pursue advanced studies in accredited DHEIs, fostering professional growth and institutional development.
