Definitions:
- Persons. This refers to learners and other beneficiaries of educational services in SMU
a. Learner – students actively engaged in formal education programs in SMU
b. Other beneficiaries – parents, guardians, employers, communities, partners who are affected by or benefits from the educational programs and services of SMU
