Saint Mary’s University faculty research published in Scopus-Indexed journal Frontiers of Nursing

Saint Mary’s University proudly celebrates the publication of a faculty research paper entitled “Employability Tracer Study of Bachelor of Science in Nursing Graduates from a Catholic University in the Philippines” in the Scopus-indexed journal Frontiers of Nursing.
The study was authored by Dr. Joman Baliton, Mrs. Joan Taroma, Dr. Sherylou Benig, Mrs. Elery Michelle Quiben, and Mr. Peter-Tom Callang, faculty members under the School of Health and Natural Sciences, as part of the Institutional Policy Orientation Study. The research examined the employability outcomes of Bachelor of Science in Nursing graduates, generating valuable empirical evidence to support curriculum enhancement, graduate tracking initiatives, and data-driven policy development in higher education institutions.
