Ms. Anna Victoria Celestine R. Belen, CGSP, CHP, HTM Laboratory Assistant, successfully passed the international certification for the Certified Guest Service Professional (CGSP) designation of the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institution (under the jurisdiction of the American Hotel and Lodging Association or AHLA) and  Certified Hospitality Professional (CHP) of the Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Professionals of the United Kingdom.

Ms. Belen’s CGSP training and certification was sponsored under the HTM Professional Development Plan through the strong partnership of SMU-HTM Department with AHLEI- Philippines.
