Saint Mary’s University proudly celebrates the achievement of its graduates who successfully passed the May 2025 Licensure Examination for Certified Public Accountants (CPA). With an overall passing rate of 39.13%, surpassing the national passing rate of 33.11%, SMU continues to uphold its commitment to academic excellence and professional readiness.

This milestone reflects the hard work, discipline, and Marian values of the graduates, who now enter the accounting profession with the title of Certified Public Accountant. Along with their academic accomplishments, they carry the values of Excellence, Innovation, Communion, and Passion for Christ’s Mission—hallmarks of an SMU education.
