Saint Mary’s University (SMU) Civil Engineering Department proudly celebrates the remarkable achievement of its representatives in the National Civil Engineering Summit Quiz 2025 was held on October 6, 2025, at the GT Toyota Auditorium in the University of the Philippines Diliman.

This year’s competition brought together 87 participating schools from across the Philippines, showcasing the brightest minds in civil engineering. 

Representing SMU were two teams composed of outstanding civil engineering students:

• Team A: Prince Aaron Justin Asuncion and Clarvee V. Salazar, coached by Engr. Jefrie T. Alindayu
• Team B: Tracy Reign T. Hermoso and Jemuel P. Omanito, coached by Engr. Christopher John P. De Vera

Among the two teams, SMU Team B distinguished itself by advancing to the Semifinal Round, marking an impressive accomplishment for the university and reflecting the department’s commitment to academic excellence and technical competence in the field of civil engineering.
