Mr. Mark Ian J. Soriano, MSTM, CGSP, HTM faculty, and Mr. Jabie Jo Hernandez , CGSP, BSHM 4 student, took the courage and challenge of learning, excitement, and nerve-wracking examination-certification and successfully passed the international certification for the Certifified Guest Service Professional (CGSP) designation of the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institution (under the jurisdiction of the American Hotel and Lodging Association, AHLA).
