To promote and support exceptional public service, the provincial government of Nueva Vizcaya inked new ordinance granting cash incentives to Novo Vizcayano who shall attain the Top 1 or highest passing score in the Civil Service Commission-Career Service Eligibility Examination (CSC-CSEE).

According to the ordinance, either professional or sub-professional level, the civil service topnotcher from Nueva Vizcaya will be eligible for a cash incentive amounting to Php 200,000 and a plaque of recognition.
