PERIO Head Dr. Clara Gonzales and SHANS Promotions and Linkage Coordinator Mr. Martin Gabriel Manuel will be in Belgium from March 24 to 31, 2025, on a service trip to strengthen SMU’s global linkages with European partners.

During their visit, they will deliver guest lectures at Vives University, engage in faculty immersion with Curando, and visit Curando’s healthcare facilities for Project Maalaga, an enrollment to employment partnership for SMU graduates. They will also monitor the academic progress of SMU’s Erasmus+ program with Howest University. Additionally, the team will meet with various partners to expand SMU’s international network.
